I’ve seen the videos and there is no way you can defend yourself from these punks. there was one in Lower Merion recently upscale philly suburb. if you see a gang maybe as that might be part of the MO.

Sadly, concealed carry permits are illegal (or so difficult to obtain that it's for all intents and purposes impossible) in precisely those cities where they're most needed. I suppose your proposal is the next best thing.
