you would think...but the GOPe is too stooopid to realize it...didn’t Mark Levin’s legal group win a momentous battle where the court ruled obummer’s recess appointments were in violation of the Constitution??? has the GOPe done anything with that court ruling??

One problem with winning court rulings is that, when you come down to it, the courts are powerless to enforce their rulings. That requires an enforcement agency act on the court ruling. If the enforcement agency with relevant purview simply refuses to enforce the court's ruling, nothing happens. It renders the court a paper tiger. If this is a federal beef, then what is the enforcement mechanism? The DoJ? Eric Holder? Anyone want to take bets on him doing anything? He's too busy suing states for enforcing border control laws to do any real work.
