Yeah, but he’s ACTING like a moron. The other guy didn’t know he wasn’t a moron. So if one didn’t know it was a set up when viewing the film, it pretty much LOOKS like a conversation with a couple of morons.
On its own, the video is much like Murtha during ABSCAM where he said he was not interested “at this time.” Sure, we all know they’re crooked as sticks in water, but no actual crime had occurred. However, O’Keefe is known to hold back and release more when the initial material is dismissed. We’ll see.
