It seems you are just as lost in the Internet as AW!
(There is a feature where you can see exactly how many times a poster has accused others of “personal attacks”. Try it.)
Since you are also not a “Mod”, what makes you think your feeble public direction to me to “back off” is either warranted or acceptable? I don't “shush” on your whims.
Back to this thread's topic:
Because I am a USAF veteran, and multiple privately owned weapons were listed on my last two official PCS orders, the Feds already had me on a “watch list”.
I knew about that list before it was called a list, over 25 years ago.
It had everything to do with my former DOD security clearance levels, some issues of which are still applicable today, and nothing at all to do with contemporary politics or healthcare. It had less to do with my guns, and more to do with if I ever decided to use my training and knowledge to overthrow a government that had trained me to protect and defend the USA.
On behalf of most of my fellow citizens, who are mostly non-veterans, I rise to state it is absolutely none of the Feds business if any or all of them do, or do not own weapons.
It seems you don't agree with me.
If not, why not?
First off, I didn’t say I didn’t agree with you, my comments were on your feeble atte, pts to dictate what a fellow Freeper was saying.
As a USMC Veteran myself, I didn’t appreciate the attitude then, and newsflash don’t appreciate it now. Got news for you, I’m probably on more watch lists than you are too.
Nope, not a Mod, because if I was JimRob would be asking me to step dowm.
There is a effort on Free Republic to shut up fellow Freepers, and it’s getting disgusting. Used to be, that if a Freeper didn’t get right to the point, others would gently steer them the right way, NOT tell them they should be zotted.
Don’t like it, that’s your right, and stating my opinion is mine.
