The only answer to give is NO. Period. And when the MD submits that answer to ObamaCare and it is cross-checked with state licensing data, what will you tell the DCF when they come to take your children away?

First off, there is no "state licensing" in my state and second off I will tell them to be very careful because my two adult children are trained martial artists and may prove quite difficult to take away.
