I only ask because the new Obamacare requires us to allow the medical records to be shared with law enforcement...and here in MD law enforcement is already combing hunting license apps and then cross-checking the applicant’s land records and criminal records. Search warrants are being issued for anyone with a disqualifying crime on their record that applies for a hunting license. Flyovers have been performed on anyone with land that was issued a bear permit.
it is out of control here in the People’s Republik
and now, if you answer “no” to those questions will the Feds check your state’s database of hunting license apps? NCIC records? credit card records for purchase of ammo?
