George Zimmerman posted bond and was released from jail in Sanford, Fla., at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Zimmerman had been held on charges of aggravated assault, battery, domestic violence and criminal mischief related to an altercation with his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, on Monday.
On Tuesday afternoon, a judge set a $9,000 bond for Zimmerman and directed that he have no contact with his alleged victim, not leave the state of Fla., and not possess any firearms or ammunition as he awaits an arraignment on domestic violence charges.
Dressed in a gray jumpsuit, Zimmerman appeared in a Sanford, Fla. courtroom the day after being arrested for allegedly pointing a shotgun at his girlfriend during an altercation in her Apopka, Fla., home. He is charged with aggravated assault, battery, domestic violence and criminal mischief
He must wear an electronic monitoring bracelet until his arraignment on Jan. 7, 2014.

Not weird in my book, Sam rocked. You just knew he’d blow a head gasket for real, though.
I don’t know about any prior allegations of domestic violence. They may or may not be true. But this thing: I just don’t believe this woman for a minute. Her 911 recording sounds way too...narrative. She’s calling to create a story, not report one. She doesn’t sound like she’s really the one in distress. Compare to his phone call made at the same time. He’s calm and collected.

I’ll go with the ‘Rock Hudson’ thing....or the ‘Doctor Ruth’ bit as his best ones. Oh heck, any of his stuff really! Sammy was something else huh?!!
You made my point. By flaking out, people will say he validates all of the dreadful (and untrue) things being said about, and done to, him. I was/am one of his biggest champions. Drawing this negative attention to himself can only hurt him and I feel so sorry for him.
He’d have been smart to go into counseling (libs love that s**t) and humbly stayed off the grid for a while. Really, the fact that he’s survived so many months in a living hell is miraculous. It can’t have been easy; I couldn’t have gone through what he did.
May you experience the same thing then get back to us on how it affects you.
Evasions? Really, everything I read on these threads note how he should go into hiding, move out of the country etc.
Who did he evade and when?
