DPRK also wisely limits climate destroying and unhealthful pollution emitting power generation. (translation: we ain’t gots no power plants)
Glorious Leader intends to maintain DPRK’s tremendous lead in combating Imperialist Capitalism caused Catastrophic Anthropogenic Climate Alteration! (translation: it’s crappy for you peons, and great for us rulers now, and we intend to keep it that way!)
