Whether or not his dissembling is an impeachable offense — his refusal to enforce the law of the land certainly is! His openly telling insurance companies they should violate the law, because his administration would decline to prosecute them for it, should be an impeachable offense.

Never happen though.Don't say 'never'; not any more. If Obamacare blows up as badly as I predict, even liberal Democrats will turn on him ... and CONVICT AND REMOVE.
In the meeting they had last week, it's leaked out that the concerned Democrat Senators got nothing from Obama, except the same worn-out talking points.
They cannot be happy.
