It’s too early to say whether that’s enough (as you note, he may have some other explanation of how the table was broken), but the broken table would tend to corroborate her statement. Are you saying that accusactions of breaking someone’s things are only actionable if those things are hard to break?

If he then pushed you out of the house with the gun in hand, would you stand outside the door and argue to be left back in???
