I could see him getting deferred adjudication, maybe.. But he has 3 counts on him on this, so he’s gonna have a rough ride.
I could also see him getting a felon with possession situation. Even if he please on a DV he’s screwed if it gets down to a misdemeanor.
Sorry, pleas on the DV.. And felon with possession, I mean he’ll probably still have guns on him while on probation. At that point, he’ll get serious prison. And even after that, as a DV, he’s barred anyway. If convicted or pleas of course.
People are saying that he is being screwed. I just don’t think so. He either has survivor guilt, PTSD, or anger issues. Whatever HIS problem is, he needs therapy. I can’t believe all the FREEPERS who are enabling this guy.
