Must respectfully disagree with you. She is far from dull. She is very intelligent, very talented, and very evil. Do you really think someone who wasn't intelligent could have planned all this destruction and carried it out so successfully? Do you think anyone who was not a skilled and frightening administrator/manager could be running the White House and making much of the federal government obey her? She is positively brilliant in the way she has contrived to make this narcissist do her bidding. I can't think of any historical figure to whom I can compare her. Few consorts in history have combined her power and sheer wickedness.

Unless you plan to be at the top of the pile in a Marxist society. It's not a matter of falling for Marxism--anyone can see it never works for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of ordinary citizens. It's a matter of being so wicked that you are willing to plunge a nation into Marxist darkness so that you can have maximal power.
You see, I make a distinction between evil and idiocy. She knows she could never have maximal power in a normal fair republic so she deliberately aims toward Marxism, where she can accumulate more power. That is evil. But it requires a high level of intelligence to execute.
And I draw a distinction between intelligence and cunning. A predictor animal might outsmart me in a sneak attack but that doesn’t make it more or even as, intelligent as a human. A Marxist is a fool because a Marxist is shooting for the top of a dung heep while a capitalist wants to raise everyone so that even the middle class will live better than Marxist elites
