Yes, it is a Windows command. As you can see in the original graphic, there is a Windows symbol on the key between Ctrl and Alt.
Maybe you could make your own chart for MacIntosh? You're very good with graphics, so I bet you could make one just as nice as the Windows version. Surely there are plenty of FReepers who run MacIntosh and would appreciate the information.
