the end of liberal government?
we all wish but its not true at all
Ahh, but it really is possibly ending.
Think about it:
Reagan - shrinks Government like crazy, people love him
Bush1 - breaks his promise, grows it a bit (he gets booted)
Clinton - 2 years in, the people say “F* this” leading to “the era of Big Government is over”
Bush2 - a progressive in our mist, and people turn to Dems trying to get away from it
Obama - 2 years in, people again say “F* this” once more but are unsuccessful this time around as Dems do everything possible to try and hold onto their dream.
Their problem holding onto it much longer though?
...Unions are losing membership everywhere (meaning less cash & power)
...Dem cities are going bankrupt everywhere
...Governments everywhere are turning over traditionally Government-Responsibilities to private, for-profit companies (meaning fewer Government employees)
...People are fed up with the Teachers Union stronghold on education
...Climate Change is being exposed as a fraud, so they don’t even have that to fall back on
...the Mid-West is waking up to the destructive Dem policies, testing the waters with Republicans at a high rate (similar to what the South in the ‘90s.)
I really do see this as a turning point in the country. prior to the 90s, Dems flat dominated across the country never allowing Repubs to take much control of the House/Senate. Now we are in a position where it looks like the exact opposite can be true for the foreseeable future (even die-hard Libs are saying Dems taking control of the House again anytime in the next 10 years or more might be a pipe-dream. Dems end up losing the Mid-West and the Senate could quite possibly be the same way for years and years to come)
And the best part of it is the fact that Libertarians are stealing away the Youth Vote from the Dems, so a Libertarian/TEA-Party joint push could completely dominate the Republican Policies over this time-frame (RINOs know this oh too well, hence the fear of the TEA-Party rising)
