I’m familiar with police/fire conflicts and don’t disagree with your comments. Absent knowledge of the full context of the incident in the video you attached, I have no opinion about what it really portrays.

I neglected to mention that the fire dept. Captain in the above video, won his lawsuit against that officer who arrested him. It's unknown what happened to the car crash victim, whose treatment was delayed by this cop's theatrics. But that was the reason I presented the video, an example of police interference with rescue operations. That cop would have been more useful directing traffic, instead he chose to interfere.
