This is what I don't understand about the responses given by the administration. They are typically extralegal responses to LAWS (i.e. lack of enforcement of immigration, health care waivers, EPA standards, etc.). The response of the opposition is mute. When John Roberts defined this whole mess as a tax, the correct response is “it wasn't enacted in the congress, and therefore can't be a tax.” The Supreme Court would have to agree, and upon legal analysis would have to nullify O-care.
Why hasn't this happened?

THAT is EXACTLY what I’ve been screaming about!!! Conservatives will NOT get the Health Care that Liberals will get.....they KNOW HOW WE VOTE and WHO WE GIVE MONEY TO!!! The DEATH PANELS WILL ENFORCE THIS.
