There is an obvious difference between %5 and nothing. A 5% survival rate means that there clearly is hope.

That was my thought too. I am no fan of the current version of standard treatments that medicine pushes for cancer patients (maybe because I went through them twice and now have decided not to do that again).

I know some folks who get better with all the regimes offered and others die. I also know some who go a different route and some get better and some die.

Quack or not I tend to come down on the side of the patient. Let them decide what care they want
