Cleveland Heights and Euclid should be avoided, but Lakewood is a rahter nice suburb with very few empty store fronts. I’m sure the French would love it. It’s full of gay liberals.
LOL! My youngest daughter and her family live in Lakewood. I find a lot of people in the area “odd”, but never felt the place dangerous at all. Other parts of Cleveland? Not so much.
And Detroit Ave certainly does have few empty store fronts.
