This flip-flop doesn’t surprise me. Happens often when people switch medications or run out.

Me either, although it usually happens when McStain is up for reelection. During those election years, you'd think he was the second coming of Thomas Jefferson on the constitution and Ike on the border. Otherwise he has all the spine of linguini (and that's insulting to the linguini).
