Way too late to change it all now; and the White Crib/Hut knows it. The Insurance Co’s, working at 100% from now until Dec 31st, couldn’t put all those canceled plans back together and back in-place. It’s a done deal. Just window dressing for 2014 elections for scared dems who might/will lose seats.
