They should have added that they don’t understand if it is even legal for the president to do that, and they are stuck in a position where they have to diced which law to follow- the one the Democrat controlled House and the Democrat controlled Senate Congress passed and the Democrat president signed, or the new unilateral, arbitrary, capricious presidential declaration, which did not follow any legislative procedure, nor equal treatment under the law concepts.
