They are really screwing with those people. So with the website still down, they are not able to sign them up for a new policy. What is going to happen when their old policy is cancelled, and there is no new policy, or a policy hasn’t taken effect ? Who is going to be on the hook for their medical care in the interim, if they get sick or injured ????

Talk about a lawsuit......

Indeed, the crap hasn't hit the fan yet. Just wait until millions who have employer based insurance lose their coverage. Maybe DHS has been expecting this, as the massive purchases of ordinance would indicate.
