To: Cincinatus' Wife

I bet most of the Insurance companies won’t offer to extend cancelled plans. For those very reasons. Contracts with providers will have expired. They aren’t prepared for it.

Some of them may have contingency plans. But I bet most have already committed to a course of action and reversing at this stage is unthinkable.

Everything was scattered to the winds and now insurance companies are supposed to re-contact all their cancelled customers and try to reconstruct a plan for all these people and still stay in business - and ALSO explain the Obama program (how NICE for Obama since these people can’t get that information on their website).

I think you are exactly right.

All this talk now about "saving your plan" is political cover. They are trying to protect vulnerable Rats and keep Congress from voting to repeal and replace obamacare. The longer this goes on the harder it is to get rid of it.
