I've always wondered how they spelled "period" on Sir Teleprompter. Is it "." or did they go full on with ".... Period!"
Maybe he thought the speeches were about menstrual cycles. Obamacare, after all, is geared towards women's health. Again, we peasants just misunderstood him.
