<">…the insurance market has constant churn<'

The Kenyan wants to have us think that 'churn' equals 'dropping someone off of the insurance coverage'. It does not. What it does mean that someone working for a company has an INSURANCE COMPANY dropped from covering their employees and SEAMLESSLY convert to coverage from another insurance company which offers better or cheaper coverage. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT PERSON IS LEFT WITHOUT COVERAGE.This pronouncement is meant to put the responsibility on Insurance companies. Now, only now, will obama say the codicils which exclude insurance companies from offering health care coverage, are in effect. These insurance companies have been gearing down, closing divisions of offices, letting people go who as of Oct 1 were effectively closing down. Now Obama wants them to gear up until October 2014 (1 year) when we will find ourselves in the exact same situation we are in now. The insurance companies don't work that way. They need a stable set of laws to know how to plan months and weeks in advance. After 1 year they will be told to comply or fold up their tent and go home. IF THE INSURANCE COMPANIES DO NOT COMFORM TO THIS GENEROUS OFFER OF OBAMA THEN OBAMA IS NOT TO BLAME….THE INSURANCE COMPANIES,…THOSE MEAN OLD INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE THE MEANIES. The insurance companies will be blamed. That is all obama gives a shit about today. The spin begins now.
