Sebelius has a lot of latitude in the ACA language - “As the secretary shall deem”
the “grandfather clause” was removed via regulations in 2010.
What he is saying today does NOT imply he is changing the regulations. It implies he is telling the insurance companies what to do.
He is also lying about the “grandfather clause” covering everyone else (employer in 2014) - UNLESS he intends to make a regulatory change.
Anyone else hear differently?
