A year ago I was in charge of testing premium billing for a health care provider. I would hate to be the Project Manager today. This time of the year is also the enrollment period for Medicare Advantage plans. The IT overtime bill is going to be stupendous.
I would not be surprise if Obama has just nuked the entire insurance industry, legally they are in a really crap place...and Obama put them there.
