So it's quite possible that even with this administrative patch things won't change for many of those people who received cancellations notices. (The optics of who's to blame for any such cancellations, however...)

Every state has an exchange, state or federal. However, competition among providers has suffered. 58% of the counties have two or less providers to choose from on the exchanges. And now instead of statewide insurance coverage, it is broken down by county. This is insanity.
