That was going to be my question: how many turkeys are sold unfrozen? (I don’t like turkey, and don’t know). Aren’t they all bought frozen?

My mother bought a fresh turkey about 20 years ago. There was a big push to buy "local" (in state), and then it was announced that the labels bled through to stain the skin underneath.
