Upton is a Committee Chairman who was placed in his position by John Boehner.
Upton does only what Boehner tells him to, and never does anything on his own.
That means it is Boehner who is bailing out Obamacare.
Once again, we have been screwed by the Republican leaders.
He is Chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee. He should be investigating Obamacare for fraudulent commerce practices.
Boehner always has to prove that he is truly a Democrat’s Republican: promise anything and then later cave in to whatever the Democrats want.
