With the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination fast approaching, LBJ remains a hot suspect in the assassination case. In all probability, he masterminded several other murders as well.
A new book, "The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ", by Roger Stone and Mike Colapietro, reveals a slew of unflattering anecdotes about LBJ's psychiatric problems, and makes a strong case for his involvement in the Kennedy assassination as well. This is far from the first book fingering Johnson in that crime.
And yet, as BAD as LBJ was, he did not destroy the American way of life in the same deliberate way that the current Narcissist-in-chief is doing.
(I agree with you, BTW)
The first question any homicide investigator asks is “Who benefits?”
This is far from the first book fingering Johnson in that crime.
Why read it then if just a duplicate?
Payback is a b*tch. JFK chose LBJ as his running mate because, although he knew that Mayor Daley will steal Chicago for him, he needed LBJ to steal Texas as well. Otherwise he had no chance to win the election.
LBJ was a second Mafia boss, in effect.
Thanks for the ping!
