The rules of Engagement are against our guys in Afghanistan. I would be willing to bet that the ROE here in America, in the case of Civil War, would be very relaxed. ie: Shoot First, ask questions later... Oh... no survivors? They must have been rebels then.

Is America truly armed anymore? Or are most arms now stockpiled by a few? Reports seen of Afghanistan/ Pakistan etc. suggests a culture much different from what I see in America.The founders were rightly observant of the danger of a standing Army—and the necessity of armed citizens.
