Millions of people could qualify for federal subsidies that will pay the entire monthly cost of some health care plans being offered in the online marketplaces set up under President Obamas health care law, a surprising figure that has not garnered much attention, ---snip-- Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia has four plans that are free to some customers. But the company, along with other insurers, has been careful not to publicize its free coverage for fear of alienating customers who will need to pay more.

Hurray. More free stuff.
We are eligible for a subsidy (which we refuse to take). At the same time our deductibles are going way up along with hospital stay costs. So in effect it's paying more to get a subsidy.
So, you go! Ole Gay Lady, an ring that FREE bell. Slut.
Good. I’ll take a side of 0bamaphone and a pony to go with it.
Premium free with a $10,000 deductible, is that really insurance?
This is the community organizer’s base. The only ones he has a thought for. I thought it was obvious when he ran the first time and when Obamacare was passed.
Elisabeth and Mark Horst [pictured at link] look pretty comfy . Like they just woke up. Everyday is alike Monday through Sunday, no work, get up, have some eggs, go back to sleep.
Call yourself an “artist’ like Elisabeth and Mark Horst.
Can’t be bothered to take care of themselves. I have to work my fingers to the bone to provide free healthcare to these leaches!!
Sorry.
Look at the two people they are referring to at the link. They make $12,000 annually, each.
Sigh.
As I understand it, even the poor need to pay their very high deductibles, and then pay for the healthcare at the time of service... the magical “free” subsidies don’t come back to them until their tax check the next year. Exactly how many poor or lower-middle-class folks can afford even a $2,000 medical bill, let alone a $20,000 bill... all based on the promise that they get a chunk of it back sometime next year!??
The New York Times is selling tickets for Titanic’s return Voyage from New York City.
I put in a 17 hour work day recently, I feel angry that I have to work so hard to take care of bums like the ones profiled in the article.
I don’t mind helping truly needy people, but that’s charity.
Taking from the productive and giving to the lazy is theft.
The Dem’s think there is no limit to what they can get away with. They are wrong.
No, they’re NOT free.
They’re paid for by money confiscated from hard-working Americans who would prefer to keep their wages for their OWN families.
People that get things “free” from the government MUST undergo drug testing on a monthly basis. Clear and simple! Nothing should be free to people who are capable of working.
What people still are not talking about is what you are getting whether it is free or you pay.
So you have a free policy. Will you get to see a doctor quickly? Will you have to travel to a doctor or hospital? Will the rationing boards give you less care and hope you die?
Who is on those rationing boards? Do we know yet? Who are these people that make decisions for your doctor and you?
Most thing a person gets that are free aren’t usually too good. I know a few on Medicaid. It is third world care.
I would take free insurance with large deductibles....any day of the week.
That just means I would pay for my own doc visits and meds unless I got really sick. I think that is quite the deal since we currently pay $1k a month for insurance.
I could save that money and pay as we go.
