Agreed! My dad once stood both me and my brother together, and asked us what punishment we deserved for sassing back to our mother..I think we were about 6 and 8 at the time...I suggested I be spanked twice....my brother (acting like the big man) says...”NOTHING!” The lad got spanked twice and I got nothing..since my dad chastized him for the initial offense AND the fact that his little sister was braver than he was.....(Lessons learned ;-)
