At the end of my conversation with Shannon Watts, of gun-control group Moms Demand Action, Watts said something rather astonishing. The reason that the moms in Dallas were so intimidated by the counter-protest outside, she told me, was that Open Carry Texas is “like the Taliban” and could feasibly have planned to open fire. “You don’t honestly believe they were going to shoot you?” I asked.
“I have no idea why you would actually assume that,” Watts replied. “You never know with these mass shootings. I don’t know who these people are. I don’t know if these people have had background checks. Or if they have had any training.” Watts also suggested that Open Carry Texas was full of people who might rape the women involved in Moms Demand Action. I suggested that this was a “little extreme,” but she said that OCT’s website featured some choice comments and that she had inferred it from that.
I don’t know too much about OCT, I grant you. But I do know that one is probably unlikely to plan to shoot up and then rape a restaurant full of mothers after one has alerted the press to one’s presence and brought along one’s wives and children for good measure.
They don’t look very dangerous to me.
Unlike the bearded savages who DO rape, maim, steal and murder.

Let’s face it...a whole lot of people in this country are too stupid to be free citizens. Too bad we just can’t halve the country and let them rot in their utopia!

She is one sick, demented, and clueless fool.
In addition, her comments are actionable. I hope Open Carry Texas has some members who are attorneys.

A whole lot of people in this country are too stupid to be idiots. My younger sister is one of them. She belongs to this “Moms Against Gun Violence’’ group. I always tell her, :Sis, have the courage of your convictions and put a big sign on your front lawn that say’s “Gun Free Zone’’ and let me know how that works out for you’’. She never responds. I love my sister but she is a first-class hypocrite.
The succinct definition of "nailing it"
I know co-workers like that, I like to rile them up by telling them that theirs is the first house I will come “shopping at” during an apocalyptic event when I run out of stuff.
Heaven forbid that anyone should ever try to shoot or rape Watts or anyone from her organization, but if this ever did happen they would be very fortunate indeed if someone from Open Carry was in the vicinity.

I came to the conclusion a long time ago that the only reason the Human Race has survived this long is due to procreation because there are WAY to many Stupid people out there!!!
