A Washington, D.C.-based Republican group promoting rational conservatives in contested Montana Republican legislative primaries has decided to halt its ad campaign, after questions were raised about its financial disclosure.
The group, Main Street Advocacy, bought radio ads and mailed campaign-style flyers in a dozen contested Republican legislative primaries earlier this month.

State Sen. John Brueggeman, R-Polson, who helped coordinate the groups efforts, said the campaign was meant to counter efforts in 2008 by other groups that attacked several Republican incumbents as too liberal or socialists.
-snip-
Brueggeman said the group chose to promote what he called rational conservatives in primary battles, who would be civil statesmen who understand that while state spending needs to be cut, the government still needs to deliver services to the public.

Main Street Advocacy....along with US Chamber of Commerce, Business Roundtable, NRSC, Karl Rove Crossroads PAC...ARE NOT CONSERVATIVE GROUPS...candidates taking money from them are not conservative...folks supporting candidates tied to these groups are not conservative
And the SEIU is putting money into these groups...a pro Illegal Alien Amnesty UNION
There it is. A list of RINOs who need to be primaried out.
My thoughts exactly.
Thanks guys for letting us know who to go after in the Primaries.
The report didnt list the specific source of funds, because thats not required by law, Chamberlain said.
It also said Main Street Advocacy had returned a $10,000 donation from the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). [... after getting busted???]
Ted Dick, an SEIU representative in Montana, also conferred with Unsworths office earlier this month about some of the ads scripts, to see whether they complied with Montana campaign laws.
Yet Chamberlain said Dick does not represent Main Street Advocacy and got involved on his own. [Yeah, right!]
It would probably be a good idea for conservatives in every state to watch for activities by the Main Street Advocacy, and whatever local people are involved with their activities. I'd bet the SEIU connection in MT was no coincidence or exception.
There it is. A list of RINOs who need to be primaried out.
And the ones to keep an eye on them inside the beltway. Camp’s IRS hearings have been useless. He has been a flopping fish while the Dem piranhas on the committee execute their game plan under his nose.
It would be fun to primary the whole lot by disguising your candidates as the “moderate” to their “ out of touch far right winger”. Make them defend themselves.

To quote Jim Nabors, "Surprise, surprise!"
Even though she represents Topeka and Lawrence (Berkley/Moscow) of The Plains, she just might face a primary candidate.
7. Boehner for Speaker Fund, hmmmm, Ohioans care to go after that?
What do you want to bet these folk certainly didn't intend for this to become public this early in the election cycle?
Here I thought Boehner didn't have enough ba@@s to mix it up. Why he's interested in "gettin' it on" even if it's "leading from behind" like our fearless leader.
ping for later
