For those who don’t know, Noble Energy out of Texas will play a major role in developing the site. Russia would like a piece of the action in order to protect its interests. Incidentally, Cyprus is sitting on 38.9 trillion cubic feet of natural gas that would make the Cyprus the wealthiest country in the EU. Interesting times are ahead.
