Delaware, Vice President Joe Biden's home state, just spent $1 million per person to enroll four people in Obamacare. That's a big f---ng deal.
More than a month after the launch of Delaware's health insurance exchange, officials report only four Delawareans enrolled for insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
As of Tuesday, Delaware's marketplace guide organizations reported four enrollments, 31 enrollment applications completed and 218 accounts created for possible enrollment.
Four community organizations were hired to provide marketplace guides, using a $4 million federal grant.

I think the headline is meant to make fun of the VP, who is from the State in question—it is a quotation from him.
It is still a sign that we have lost, when even we, now write like the left, they beat us, conquered us, shaped us.
Writing is certainly going down hill—though some of them can still write. (BTW, you should eliminate your second comma and change your third to a colon :) .
FWIW—parts of the Bible are pretty raunchy in the original.
The surprise would be that it is a quote from the Vice President of the United States, congratulating his boss on achievement of his “signature legislation.”
Actually—maybe not a surprise—LBJ was supposed to be pretty salty, and from my recollection of various White House tapes, I’m sure that my mother would have washed Nixon’s mouth out with soap.
And if he said “upped” rather than “in’” he would have been speaking the truth.

I read a lot of conservative magazines and articles from the time of LBJ and Nixon, they didn’t use the language that conservatives have started using recently.

How about Davy Crockett’s one liner to his former constituents after being defeated for re-election as a Congressman from Tennessee “I’m going to Texas, and you can go to He!!.” Maybe he was a liberal.
LOL, that is some silly stuff, someone brings up headlines and conservative writing, and you mention LBJ and Nixon in private.
When the conversation switches to cussing in private and personal discussions among men, bring up your little anecdotes then.
The private/public distinction is important if you are into Victorian Prudery laced with hypocrisy. I would be inclined to agree that such colourful language is indicative of an inability to articulate one’s self properly, but who am I to condemn the sorts of expressions scattered throughout sacred writ in the original language?
