This individual will be the selected head of another agency with a Government database, that the Hillary/Romney/Obamacare system must access.
The Lamestream Media will "discover" this individual, and interview him/her.
He/She will admit that his/her database is causing some of the Hillary/Romney/Obamacare system failures. And will then proceed to inform the Presstitutes that he/she has been fighting to get the failed system operating properly since inheriting it from Bush.
The Presstitutes will rave about the "honesty" of the individual in admitting his her "Bush Diddit" problems.
The Administration and all Democrats will start beating the drums for pumping more money into the Hillary/Romney/Obamacare system, and also money for a FULL investigation into other Government systems to determine what other "Bush Diddit" failures also need to be discovered.
The "solution" will be specifically designed to stall/muddy the waters/blame "Bush Diddit" until after 2014 elections.
More money will flow to crony companies and union leaders, with appropriate kickbacks to all appropriate Democrat politicans.
All the crooks will feed heavily at the taxpayer trough, and all the Gimmedat voters, and the Presstitutes will continue to scream "Bush Diddit" at any opponents of the new Democrat plan to "SAVE HEALTHCARE FOR EVERY AMERICAN".
