We just got one in a strip center nearby.
I was a bit underwhelmed on the price/value ratio.
They seem to be underpatronized, mostly because the strip center is surrounded by the “typical” burger joints.

I’d love to have a Culvers (here but distant) or even better In-N-Out but that’s a 1800 mile ride to Az. If I could get an In-N-Out franchise here, I’d be a rich man very quickly.

Farmer Boys here in the Inland Empire of So. Calif makes In N Out on par with McDee’s. Riverside, San Bernardino area.
