Just to show everyone how invasive the whole “law” is (I use quotes because most of what is now being enforced came from “rules” that were not specified but later stipulated by the ACA.), if you have a “mental issue” you may be disqualified from certain other “rights.”

If you suffer from goverment-ophobia perhaps you can have your voting rights removed. Anyone who doesn’t naturally put their full faith and trust in Dear Leader must not be right in the head.
The worst part about Obamacare, albeit a tough choice, seems to be how Congress totally ceded its authority to the executive branch to write any and all laws relating to “health care.”
