Yeah, and a whole 9% (30 million) was the number for which the ENTIRE Health insurance system was destroyed for.

I guess that 9% was SOOOO much more important than that pesky 5%.

But, just wait! It gets even better! Next year when employer plan restructuring kicks in, close to 30% will be affected!!
