The biblical justification of armed rebellion is in the Declaration of Independence. Samuel Adams, Christian, wrote as well about the responsibility of the Godly when an ungodly government had run its course and God, who establishes the rise and fall of kingdoms, was being dishonored by the ungodly. In the Bible, Israel overthrew oppressors, and the NT doesn't back away from that history.
