That’s no surprise. Good people want to be left to themselves and don’t see a profit in being able to manipulate government. It is only the big government liberals who see buying an election as a good investment, between the crony capitalism that gives them a financial return and the pure power over others that gives them an emotional return. We need to get more conservatives involved in politics; we can’t continue hoping that the parasitic welfare class and the petty tyrants in the self-proclaimed ruling class will simply leave us alone.

Good people want to be left to themselves and don’t see a profit in being able to manipulate government.

Therein lies our biggest hurdle.

Many people still do not care what goes on in DC unless it impacts them directly in a very bad way (like Obamacare).

Cronyism and corruption are as irrelevant to these people as the battles inside Apple over what colors to offer on the iPhone 5c.

Meanwhile, our opponents (liberals and many Republicans) are motivated by money and power....the underlying motivators of capitalism.
