Medicare Medicaid ISN'T ACA Obamacare Complaint ?
HHS ^ | 11/07/2013 | Understand the Stimulus

Posted on 11/07/2013 5:23:22 PM PST by Understand the stimulus

Our basic rhetorical point is why should people lose their health insurance because it is "junk, or lousy" and not ACA compliant, while the governments own medicaid and medicare programs are not.

How can the force of law be applied with compulsory fines for private citizens to buy insurance that the government does not require and provide with its own programs?

So citizens, not in these programs, under force of law, are required to dump their "lousy" insurance, and pay for ACA compliant insurance.

So how can the government not require that their own wholly owned programs not be "lousy".

Alternatively, if medicaid is fine, why can people have the option of jointing that. The cost for adults in 2010 was $4200 for adults and $2700 for children...

Yet when we look at the HHS website, there is no mention of Medicare or Medicaid ...

They tried to include that in Obamacare - remember the “public option”? It was rejected by Congress (in no small part due to Tea Party pressure at the summer 2009 town hall meetings), because it would have inevitably crowded private insurers out of the market and led to single-payer.

Medicaid most certainly DOES have maternity coverage - how do you think welfare moms get maternity care?

Here’s a question for the cowardly and moronic “justice” John Roberts. Why is a 65 year old on Medicare exempt from a federally imposed “tax” when a 64 year old is not, even if both have the same income?
I guess the principle is that taxation as everything to do with who you are, not what your income is. Now, that’s justice.
These carve outs for union members, congress are very troubling, and will no doubt lead to non-compliance and civil disobedience on a massive scale.

the answer is simple: OBAMA has expanded NSA tactics to allow Government agencies INCLUDING treasury to access the NSA DATA...can one imagine how communists in the white house wouldnt take advantage of looking into the private dialogues of members of the republican party and court members ?

If that were the care then it would be easy to discover allegedly the secrets of the Chief justice and threaten him in an open forum such as the state of the union address...

The facts and circumstances surrounding Roberts change of opinion are worthy of investigation and his immediate self imposed exiled to a small island far away as soon as the OBAMACARE was released...

i detest roberts...as a coward but you make a great point that i am grateful for
