Well... I am. And verification of name and address are done on the spot. If one of the two can NOT be verified, the ballot is held as a provisional and it's then up to the voter to return with proper ID for their vote to be counted.
Now.. are you familiar with how VA processes paper ballots? Because I'm going to dispel the notions there are "boxes of ballots" laying around waiting to be counted.
Disregard everything I said.. just heard a report on ABC News several thousand ballots “lost” due to a clerical error have just been found in..... get ready for it..... Fairfax County. Fecking amazing.....
