Why do you deny Americans their constitutional rights every time they are accused of a crime

I don't. Where did you get the idea? Did you accuse George Zimmerman based on media reports?

therefore police should do whatever they want to get me off of the streets

Now you're being infantile and ridiculous. Eckert was known to police because of previous encounters and court appearances. (Not all for traffic violations)

This is where I got the idea. In post 20 I pointed out that I didn't care if the guy was caught with drugs the day before. When he was stopped for a traffic violation, he still has every right as an American. Period. To which you replied:

How are you any different from the criminal elementt? I do care. I care that the criminal element be removed from society. ALL people involved in criminal activity. Repeat offenders are a bane of society.

Nothing in that response that shows you care about our rights being protected. A person caught speeding has committed a crime and, according to you, should be removed from society. And trust me, there is an all out war going on.

In recent history it has been drugs. It was a great testing ground to see how much we would tolerate, how willing we would be to give up rights, how supportive we would be, how compliant we would be.

Today, they are coming after our guns. Tomorrow will be our religion.

I used to be just like you.
