The 2nd Amendment is the most important.
So, if the local brownshirts show up at your door with no warrant, and an accusation that you committed a gun crime that you know you didn’t commit, you’re comfortable with them barging into your home to search for that firearm they think you used in the alleged crime. They find the firearm, lets say for the sake of discussion its a shotgun which of course doesn’t have rifling in the barrel so no ballistics test possible. You’re o.k. with the 4th amendment not being there to keep you from perhaps a long prison sentence on their sayso and no other proof?
