Jeffrey Watson pulled off his shoes and slept Tuesday in a hotel presidential suite with crystal chandeliers, a grand piano and a wet bar.
He spent much of Wednesday inside a cell at the Allegheny County Jail after he was charged with trespassing and stealing services at the Omni William Penn Hotel on William Penn Place, Downtown.
Hotel staff called 911 after guests told them they tried to check into their room on the hotel's 16th floor about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and opened the door to find Mr. Watson sleeping on a sofa in the 1,300-square-foot parlor.
Police and hotel staff did not say how Mr. Watson, a 48-year-old homeless man, made his way undetected into the luxury hotel room or how long they thought he had been there.

His best bud Obama said he was entitled!
He does not look very “rested”
I “upgraded” once on a train ride from the midwest back to NY on my way back from college at year’s end. I was in a coach and on the way back and forth from the bar we detected some unoccupied sleepers.

Burgh ping!
Nice head of hair. Homelessness hasnt caused him to go bald.

I did that as a 13-year old! I hadn’t thought that part out though that I could have ended up in real trouble! Went down to Kansas City to visit a friend. Ended up in a small single room just large enough for a large recliner, and perhaps a small sink next to it. (Or am I thinking of the dentist!?)
On the way back home with my buddy we snuck into an actual room on the train with a sofa and table. They caught us pretty quick and sent us back to our normal seats.
All those Egyptian Cotton Sheets had to be disposed of.
The paying guests were given a new suite, on the house.
Ahhhh Crazy Generous!!!!
Now he gets to sleep and eat courtesy of the government - not homeless anymore!
