Brown cast critical votes against Obamacare that forced Obama to pass it in a form that is causing him and Dems trouble to this day.
He took a number of votes that were very brave for where he was in MA, and VERY easy for those in the Southern states. And he paid for it with his seat. I think talk radio attacking Brown after he lost was MORE of an incentive for Christie to make sure he won. It was really a bad play
You cant tell me you believe a state that elected Marxist Liz Warren would have elected a Cruz.
None of these are black and white and in other cases like McCain and Grahamnesty I would rather see a Dem in those seats if it came to that.
In the case of Christie, I would NEVER support him as a POTUS candidate. I see that as completely different. I was very down on McCain and Romney.

I recall after Brown was beaten by the Marxist how Levin included him in list of those who lost because they were not conservative enough, as if a Cruz would win that seat(are his listeners that dumb?)

I thought that after Brown bravely voted with GOP on a number of votes unpopular with libs in Mass and then lost to a Marxist, and then got accused of losing because he was a RINO, that Christie is going to learn from that to do what he needed to do to win BIG so he doesnt end up the same as Brown.
And he did and it wasnt pretty last fall either when he hugged Obama UGGGH.
Oh c’mon, yes, I do believe that at the time Brown was elected, a Cruz could have won as well. And his obamacare vote was THE REASON people were so motivated to get him in!
Do you not remember how this all came to be and how angry people were? I can remember going anywhere and hearing people bitch about the housing market getting bailed out. They were livid! He sealed his own fate voting for the end of don’t ask don’t tell.
The thing with MA is the decades old ground game, and all the old connections with every stinkin dem that ever crawled out of there. I see it completely opposite of you, that even in that cess pool, people were motivated to end the mindless electing of those who are a dem, just because they are a dem.
